5 = You’re a resounding, unabashed yee-ha-YES. You’re up for trying anything and everything. You’re open, loud, and proud. You’re thrilled, tickled, and titillated (a word you like saying) to not only go first, but lead the way.
1 = You’re a cross armed, eye-rolling, hell NO. You know your closed self well and, truth be told (which is none of anyone’s business anyway), you’re okay with it. You avoid anything that makes you uncomfortable or vulnerable like the plague. Between you and you, this “new” social distancing thing could have been your invention.

It’s a reality check: An honest measurement of where you are now (your current reality) in comparison to where you want to be. It’s important to also pay attention to the type of self-rater you are. Are you the type that considers anything close to a horn toot, a brag; so, you rate yourself lower than you actually are? Or are you the type that says everything is “fine” when truthfully you’re in hell?
